BRAD WITTER, CO-FOUNDER, CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER
Mr. Witter is the creator of Avise. His role at Blue Pillar includes the continuous development and refinement of all the comany's proprietary software solutions. Brad was the founder of TriA Solutions LLC, which merged with Blue Pillar in 2007. Prior to joining Blue Pillar, Brad held the position of CIO for NNC Group, and managed the technical team at Advanced Interface Solutions, Inc. During his time at AISI, he led many projects including a generator test cell for Caterpillar. Brad began his career as a controls engineer with Caterpillar where he was responsible for designing and implementing turn-key power plant controls and monitoring systems. Brad earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering at Purdue University.

Blue Pillar, Inc. was formed in April 2007 via the merger of Colorado-based Blue Pillar Technology, LLC and Georgia-based TriA Solutions, LLC. The company has executive offices in Alpharetta, Georgia.

JOE SCOUFIS, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mr. Scoufis has over 20 years of sales, marketing, product management and technical experience. His primary responsibilities at Blue Pillar include establishing client and partner relationships and overseeing all executive operations of the company. Prior to becoming Blue Pillar’s CEO, Joe built and ran Encorp's Health Care business unit, and guided Wonderware Corporation's InTouch product line to become the world's largest selling Microsoft-based industrial automation software product. Joe began his career with Unisys Corporation. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Carroll College.

JEFF HANSEN, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Mr. Hansen has responsibility of all Blue Pillar finance and accounting activities. Jeff has over 20 years finance and accounting experience, with 15 years in energy technology-specific firms. He began his career with Deloitte & Touche. He earned his B.S. in Accounting at the University of Wyoming.

ERIC REICHEL, FOUNDER, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Mr. Reichel's core responsibilities include overseeing all operations of the company. Prior to Blue Pillar, Eric held high-level positions at several venture capital-backed technology start-ups. He has led product management teams, managed multi-million dollar OEM accounts and assisted in strategic planning following mergers and corporate restructuring. Eric holds a B.S. in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Washington.
